LIFE
"LIFE is all about TAKING up each day to DISCOVER something NEW. About MEETING old people but making new CONVERSATIONS. WALKING through old roads but still FEELING NICE about it. REALIZING that we have grown a year older but still FEELING YOUNG at HEART. MEETING busy schedules but still FINDING TIME for FRIENDS. Being NOSTALGIC about gone days but looking forward to BETTER DAYS." LIFE is truly BEAUTIFUL if we just know how to APPRECIATE it! :-)

Never try to hide who you are. The only shame is to have shame. Always stand up for what you believe in. Always question what people tell you. Never regret the past....its a waste of time. There's a reason for everything; every mistake, every moment of weakness, every terrible thing that has happened to you, grow from it. The only way you can ever get the respect of others is when you show them that you respect yourself and most importantly, do your thing and never apologize for being you.

You..
Sometimes I love you,
Sometimes I hate you,
But there isn't a day
That passes away
Without thinking about you....
Sometimes I hate you,
But there isn't a day
That passes away
Without thinking about you....

When you feel like frowning,
smile,
When you feel like crying,
laugh,
When you feel like quitting,
start over,
When you yelling,
whisper,
When you feel like hating,
love,
When you feel like falling,
stand,
When you feel like giving up,
hold on tighter,
When you feel like dying,
live,
When you feel like talking,
listen,
When you feel like complaining,
appreciate,
When you feel like closing your heart,
care,
When you feel like you can't do it,
try,
When you feel like you can't reach it,
believe.
smile,
When you feel like crying,
laugh,
When you feel like quitting,
start over,
When you yelling,
whisper,
When you feel like hating,
love,
When you feel like falling,
stand,
When you feel like giving up,
hold on tighter,
When you feel like dying,
live,
When you feel like talking,
listen,
When you feel like complaining,
appreciate,
When you feel like closing your heart,
care,
When you feel like you can't do it,
try,
When you feel like you can't reach it,
believe.

2 0 1 2......
As the calendar flipped over to the new year, many will think whats their new years resolution, Some will look back on the memories and accomplishments that accured 2011...
Along with reminiscing will come the anticipation of what is to come in the new year???
Will 2012 be the year of blessing? Will it be the time I'll finally lose weight?? Will I'll be taking a trip to my dreamed places or will I find that someone spacial???
Even so, I'm going through the motion and I'm trying to do what needs to be done, I'm looking forward to see whats good things God store for me.....
Maybe we make mistakes in 2011, maybe we stumble few times, maybe we had some trials and struggles that we went through, maybe we face with some difficult times that made us question our faith but always remember that GOD LOVE US AND WILL NEVER FORSAKE US, He will never leave us...
2012 has arrived.... I'm so excited about the possibilities of a new challenging adventure....

7 FOODS THAT MAKE YOU SMARTER...
7 Foods That Make You Smarter
Oatmeal. As a strong source of insoluble fiber, oatmeal provides a stable energy that helps your brain maintain consistent focus and concentration. Eating oatmeal can also slow down the digestion of starch, reducing the frequent spikes in blood sugar that usually occur after a big meal. The iron, magnesium, and zinc in oatmeal encourage cell growth and can increase metabolism and regulate blood sugar. To get the maximum nutritional benefits, avoid the instant flavored packets, which are loaded with sugar, and stick with the plain
Fish. Many studies have shown that eating oily fish rich in omega-3 fatty acids can boost memory, concentration, and mental acuity. Omega-3 acids also appear to strengthen the brain's synapses that are directly related to learning and memorization. And if that's not reason enough to eat more fish, the omega-3 fatty acids also help slow down mental cognitive decline.
Walnuts. Eating just a handful of these nuts every day can prevent the decline of cognitive and motor function, increase brain resiliency, and improve cell functioning. Walnuts are loaded with protein and omega-3 fatty acids that balance the unstable neurotransmitters that can cause depression and other mood swings.
Berries. Many types of berries, especially blueberries and strawberries, contain flavonoids, which have been linked to brain cell growth and improved memory. Berries with the darkest, richest colors offer the most nutritional value. Eat the real thing to reap the benefits, and avoid anything that contains "berry flavoring." The antioxidants, vitamin C, and anti-inflammatory properties in berries have been shown to preserve brain function and are a factor in the prevention of dementia.
Yogurt. Widely known as a top calcium source for bone development and strength, yogurt also contains enough protein and carbohydrates in just one serving to keep both the body and the brain energized throughout the day. Yogurt also contains amino acids that encourage the production of neurotransmitters, and enough vitamin B to encourage—along with the protein—the growth of brain tissue while slowing down the aging process
Eggs. These low-calorie, nutrient-dense wonders are rich in protein as well as choline, an important nutrient that helps regulate the brain and nervous system by acting as a messenger between muscles and nerves. If you've been avoiding eggs because you're worried about your cholesterol, take note: Numerous research studies have shown that eating eggs as part of a healthy diet is not a contributing factor to heart disease. The nutrients in eggs also increase memory development and aid in concentration. Another plus? Egg yolks contain lutein, which has been shown to improve eye health.
